RPA with Automation Anywhere Example: Ticket Automation

Automation Anywhere is a product offering that provides what is commonly called “Robotic Process Automation” or “RPA”. Simply put, it provides a mechanism to automate the common tasks performed by a staff member. In this example video, we show Automation Anywhere being used to automate a simple support ticketing system. In the story, customers send in requests for support as emails and, today, they are manually copied over to the in-house ticket/support system. In the video, we walk through an example of what it might look like to automate this series of steps using Automation Anywhere.
