Monitoring BPM usage

IBM has a tool you can download and install in your BPM environment that tracks concurrent user usage in your environment.  You might be interested in this because:

  • You’d like to know how many users are accessing¬†your environment
  • You’re considering moving to the IBM BPM on Cloud offering

If you’re on BPM 8.5.7 CF2017.06 or later, you can use the IBM Cloud Product Insights tool, which is much more robust.

    Alternatively, if you use Splunk you can just do a search along these lines…

    index=”ibpm-sys” CWLLG1088I | rex field=_raw “for user (?.*)” | stats count by userId
