Use BPM to handle exception cases for RPA (sample project)

A typical use case for an IBM Robotic Process Automation with Automation Anywhere (RPA) bot is to take data that is available in system A and transfer it to system B. In such a “swivel-chair” activity, the bot works in batch mode. It opens the UI of system A, and then goes through each of the items that must be copied to system B. In certain cases, a swivel-chair activity might fail and the bot now needs help from a user to handle the exception.

In this sample, you will learn how to trigger IBM BPM from a failing bot to notify users that manual intervention is required to complete the task.
